To facilitate a smoother process, customers are encouraged to prepare the exact amount needed to be collected.
Our couriers are instructed to collect complete payment before handing over the parcel.
All items are VAT-inclusive.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, a standard processing time of up to 3 business days is required before the order is shipped out.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.
SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION
All orders are available to Philippine residents only. Orders within the Metro Manila area will take 4 to 7 business days to arrive. All orders outside the Metro Manila area will take 5 to 9 business days to arrive.
The shipping fee for all orders is PHP150.00.
All orders must be shipped to the billing address provided during checkout.
